I am a designer, illustrator, author, and dancer who creates stories about emotions and ecosystems. Living in New York City, my work often explores the connection between people and plants.

As a designer, I form relationships with my clients to communicate from the heart. As an illustrator, I begin with ink on paper to symbolize personal and collective transformation.

My work is influenced by indie comics, botanical illustration, and traditional printmaking techniques. I am a member of a Risograph studio where I print and bind my art books. These self published books, including Sentient Sidewalk: Lessons From New York City’s Wild Medicinal Plants, have been recognized by American Illustration and the Society of Illustrators. I have also designed and illustrated public art projects for the Hudson Square Business Improvement District and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. I hold an MFA in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
